Landlord Information Gathering We begin by gathering all relevant information about the premises, including fit-out requirements and landlord specifications. Whether you’re the client or designer, we’ll guide you through our cost estimation process for complete transparency.
Costing the Full Design Pack Once we receive the full fit-out guide and design pack, our commercial team will cost all aspects of the project.
Order Secured Upon your approval of the design and costing, we’ll secure the order, procure materials, and schedule necessary subcontractors.
Joinery Drawings and Workshop Preparation For custom joinery items, our CAD team creates detailed manufacturing drawings for in-house production. These drawings are reviewed and signed off by the designer or client.
Construction Phase Plans Our Project Manager prepares detailed construction phase plans, outlining timelines and key steps. These are shared with the landlord to keep them informed of the project’s progress.
Engaging Building Control We liaise with building control authorities, submitting required drawings and arranging initial site visits. Regular updates ensure compliance with regulations and standards throughout the project.
Procurement and Scheduling All necessary products, materials, and tradespeople are procured and scheduled. Our team ensures everything is in place before work begins on-site.
Commencement of Work The fit-out begins once the landlord approves and all paperwork and drawings are finalized. We allocate adequate resources and attention to your project.
Site Duration and Process The project timeline is determined based on the landlord’s fit-out guide and specific project requirements. For specialized tasks (e.g., applying micro-cement on walls), we allocate sufficient time for completion while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
Project Handover On the agreed handover date, we present the completed project, ensuring it meets all standards and requirements. We deliver snag-free results and provide an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manual to help you maintain your new space.
